so i was at the gym just now,
and was doing this bicep/tricep routine, which consists of cable curls and the single-dumbbell raise.. alright, so there was this guy, and it was kinda clear that he was gunning for the 30lb dumbbells i was using.. and at the same time, it was beyond obvious that i was using BOTH the cable machine and the dumbbells, as i left them on the floor, and not back on the rack.

I've been doing surprisingly well :3
I normally cheat on my diet towards bedtime.. (eg binging anything i can find in the fridge)
but, i’ve survived a couple of days on just protein and veggies :)
